1. Classification and model preparation
E, D, G series ovens can be divided into three categories according to heating method: electric heating, fuel heating and gas heating. E is electric heating, D is fuel heating, and G is gas heating.
In order to meet different process requirements, each series of ovens is divided into various specifications and models. The model preparation methods are shown in Table 1.

2. Structure
The electric heating curing oven is composed of a curing oven main body, workpiece rotating bracket and electrical control.
3. Main technical parameters:
Rated operating temperature: 200 ° C.
Temperature control accuracy: ≤±1℃ in the effective heating space.
Temperature uniformity: internal space heating space ≤±2.5℃(±2%FS)
Number of air changes: ≥ 20 times / minute.
No-load heating rate: ≥2℃/min, from room temperature to 200℃ within 60 minutes.
Ventilation and exhaust: set on the hot air assembly, the valve is manually adjusted.
The curing oven is discharged and operated with smokeless dust, and the running noise is no more than 65 decibels.
4. Working environmental conditions:
Ambient temperature:-10~40℃。
Relative humidity:≤85%(+25℃)。
Altitude:≤1000m。
Gas environment: no flammable or explosive or corrosive gas or smoke around.
