Place the workpiece after winding and solidification on the branch pipe device, make the positioning clamping plate clamp the demolding plate on the mold, turn the hand wheel of the branch pipe device, and raise the branch pipe roller to the proper position (subject to the level of the workpiece) to demold The chuck on the device clamps the connecting flange of the mandrel, starts the drive box motor, and the drive chain moves forward. At this time, the demolding device fixed on the drive chain slides along the bed with the chain to drive the mandrel to move and solidify A good pipeline is separated from it. After the core mold has passed the mold supporting device, turn the mold supporting device hand wheel to raise the mold supporting roller to support the mold. When the workpiece is completely separated from the mold and stop, remove the core mold. Start the reversal of the drive box motor to reset the demolding device. This completes a work cycle. The tensioning device is used to adjust the tightness of the transmission chain.
